The Centre for Public Innovation works to improve people’s health and to reduce crime.
We do this by providing consultancy and training services to public and voluntary
organisations involved in these areas, especially if they need new ideas to improve
performance, solve tricky problems or introduce change. CPI is a community interest
company and that’s what makes us different. We are an independent team of action-oriented,
skilled and experienced people working to create a thriving business that operates
with a social purpose, using its surplus to further these aims.
The Community Change Sparkplug Programme is one of the techniques we use to engage
communities.
